Refund Policy

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase, and will accept returns for unused products up to 30 days from receipt. Please inform us of any problems or concerns and we will do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

A full refund (including Royal Mail shipping costs) or exchange on return is available in case of a defect or other mistake on our part.

A purchase price refund only (exclusive of shipping costs) is given on return if the DHL courier is used or if the watchband as described was found to be unsuitable for your purposes.

Buyer pays for cost of return in all circumstances. When returning you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost items.
