International shipping options from the U.K. explained
A few words on the international shipping options and costs for those outside the U.K. For any queries or concerns, please send me an email (at kizzi@seb12100030.com).
One package sent to the EU only incurs VAT (and a processing fee collected by the mail carrier) if the value of the package is above EUR 150 (GBP 135).
- I've charged carriage costs as quoted on-line, and done it for most areas of the world. Apologies if your area does not yet have a shipping option available, please email me and I will add a quote for your region straight away.
- I will endeavour to despatch within 2-3 working days. Delivery for Royal Mail International is typically quoted as up to 4-7 working days for most destinations, but this does not include delays passing through customs. I appreciate your patience.
Royal Mail International with Tracking: Items can be sent together with a tracking number supplied and signature on delivery (up to a maximum of two). Sending out another watchband again in the unlikely event of items getting completely lost (as confirmed by delivery service) is only an option if a with-tracking/signed-for service is purchased. For some country destinations tracking is not available outside the UK, but a signature on delivery will still be required. Address with PO Boxes will be sent with-tracking but without the signature requirement.

DHL Express Worldwide:This fast and reliable courier service is available at very reasonable rates. A phone number is required by DHL and can be included at check-out. I regret that in the case of cause for a return, pro-rata shipping costs via DHL are not refundable.
Remote Surcharges are applied by couriers for a few out of the way locations. Please check the DHL Remote Areas List 2018 before ordering, and if necessary email me for a quote. When I purchase the shipping waybill, I will discuss with you any surcharges applicable. I may have to refund the purchase if the actual shipping cost is more than agreed to be paid.
Please note:
In December and January, delivery of all Royal Mail items are severely delayed because of the volume of seasonal mail, the backlog extending well into January. Please be mindful of last posting dates to reach your destination by December 24th as advertised at http://www.postoffice.co.uk/christmas/last-posting-dates (and remember to make allowance for the 2-3 days despatch time after placing your order).
